Contract
By ordering products from our online store, you guarantee that you are legally capable of entering into contracts. After placing an order in the online store, you automatically receive an order confirmation by email. Information about the delivery follows when your product has been shipped. After the delivery confirmation, the resulting contract of sale between the seller and the buyer is legally binding. The contract applies only to those products whose shipment we have confirmed in the delivery confirmation. We are not obliged to deliver other products that are part of your order until a delivery confirmation has been given for those products as a separate confirmation. It is the buyer's responsibility to give a correct delivery address and to check the order confirmation for possible errors.
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, the contract may either be considered to have lapsed, in which case neither the buyer nor the seller is entitled to compensation, or alternatively the delivery time may be extended on the grounds of the insurmountable obstacle. The seller is not obliged to fulfil the contract if an obstacle that the seller cannot overcome prevents the delivery of the goods or a part of them. The seller is also not obliged to fulfil the contract when fulfilling it would require sacrifices that are unreasonable compared with the benefit to the buyer. The seller is not obliged to compensate the buyer for damage caused by non-fulfilment of the contract, and the seller may also cancel the contract.
