You need your glasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD).
Do you have a prescription from your optician that is less than 2 years old? That works. Take a photo of it.
Have an eye test at your local optician. Ask the optician to give you your prescription and your PD.

📏 How do I measure my PD (pupillary distance) at home?
Measuring at home – 3 steps:
Hold the ruler in front of your face so that it is level with your eyes.
Use a pen to mark on the ruler the position of both pupils and the centre of the bridge of your nose.
Measure how far each pupil is from the centre of the bridge of your nose (in millimetres). The two values can differ by 1–3 mm – that's normal.
